Unit 14 is a spacious two bedroom retreat located on the first floor of our 1898 victorian house located next to The Whitetail Inn in Lincoln, and is equipped with a sofa bed and Twin bed in one room. There is an additional Queen bed in an adjoining room with a private bathroom. Additional amenities for this unit include an antique piano, alarm clock, refrigerator, community kitchen and a smart flat screen TV with cable. This unit is ideal for a larger family.

Unit #15 $95
UNIT 15 is an upstairs sanctuary with two queen beds and a separate down stairs seating area ideal for morning coffee or a place to work. Alarm clock, smart flat screen TV with cable, refrigerator and a full shared kitchen are all included. There is a large shared bathroom with Unit 16 that has a tiled shower and full bathtub.
This unit can be rented individually or with Unit 16 for $175 per night.

Unit #16 $95
UNIT 16 is a well appointed room on the second floor with a queen and twin bed that shares a large bathroom with Unit 15. With several in room amenities including a refrigerator, alarm clock, cable TV and a shard kitchen , this room provides a quiet and comfortable stay.
This unit can be rented individually or with Unit 15 for $175 per night.

Unit 17 is a spacious unit on the first floor. This units bedroom area is equipped with three queen beds, ac/heat, smart flat screen TV with cable, dresser, alarm clock, couch, table and chairs. There is also a private bathroom with a hair dryer and essentials. There is a full kitchen area equipped with a dining table set, hutch, fridge, microwave, stove, and all the basic kitchen amenities one might need.

Unit 18 is a lovely unit on the first floor with 2 bedrooms -three queen beds in total (One of the bedrooms has a door for added privacy from the other rooms), kitchen and a large private bathroom. Each bedroom includes a smart flat screen TV with cable, lounge chair and alarm clock. The kitchen is equipped with a compact medium sized fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, table, pantry and all the basic kitchen amenities one might need.

Unit #19 $135
Unit 19 is an upstairs retreat with two bedrooms, kitchen and a large private bathroom. Each bedroom includes one queen bed (total of two queen beds for the entire unit), alarm clock and their own personal closet. The larger bedroom of the two has its own dresser, Smart flat screen TV with Cable and a little quiet nook area with desk. The kitchen is equipped with a smart flat screen TV with cable, a compact medium sized fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, table and all the basic kitchen amenities one might need.

Common Living Areas for Units 14, 15, & 16
In our common living area located on the first floor, you will find a comfortable couch and chairs. An adjacent area with pub style table provides seating for eight people. Other amenities include a Kitchen sink and dishware, Glass Stove top oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker with plenty of countertop space for entertaining guests. The front porch provides a place to relax outdoors on Adirondack chairs. Picnic tables and charcoal grills are available for all guests to use upon request.
Cambolasse Cabin (3 day minimum) $375
Cambolasse Cabin is located 5 miles from Central Waters Lodging on Cambolasse Pond. This cabin is on a secluded private drive with 500ft of frontage and a neighboring bubbling dam creates a calming oasis. The pond is approximately 211 acres and is great fishing for small mouth bass, and pickerel. It is an ideal place to bring a small motor boat or jet-ski but a paddle boat and kayaks are already available for use. The cabin itself has many great features including a queen bed, a futon mattress that doubles as a bed or couch, and a vented kerosene heater. There is water pumped in from the lake to use for washing up in the kitchen and an outside commercial porta-potty on site for toileting. A full size refrigerator, griddle, toaster oven and variety of kitchen utensils are provided in addition to an outside fire pit with grates for cooking. ATVs are welcome at this rustic get away.
